Mandana is a very highly regarded Master Personal Trainer working with clients in Hampstead
and Primrose Hill.

Mandana holds advanced training qualifications including a Reps level 3 Diploma and a degree in Sports Science (BSc Hons) from the University of Hertfordshire.

At a young age Mandana competed in sports and athletics to a high standard. Running as a junior (200m) Mandana won several trophies. Mandana also competed in gymnastics at the highest level excelling at trampoline.

Mandana uses functional training to get the most out of her clients. Building a solid foundation first, Mandana’s clients achieve muscle growth, weight loss, increased speed and agility.

Core stability and posture are vital elements of any training programme Mandana oversees. This facilitates a safer, more effective route to client goals.

Size 14 to Size 8

“Two years ago, I was approached in the gym by a member who had recently had a child. She was a size fourteen and had lost her confidence. She was unsure as how to lose the weight she had put on during pregnancy.

We discussed training her core and started training. I gave nutritional advice, we discussed dietary options and I asked her to write a food diary for me. I also designed my client a tailored training programme to strengthen her core and back. It included a lot of flexibility exercises.

After three months she had lost a significant amount of weight, plus her stamina had greatly improved.

At this point we worked on her endurance. We boxed, jogged long distance as well as circuit trained. It was fantastic to witness her change in attitude – to her body, herself and her experience of life. Her diet and lifestyle became very healthy and her self-confidence soared.

After 12 months of training with me, she reached her goal. She was back at size eight and in perfect shape. Her relationship with her husband was completely transformed – making her feel extra secure.”

Postural Correctness Programme

Mandana’s “Postural Correctness” programme is very popular and has aided rehabilitation from injury for many clients over the years. Clients experience relief from niggling aches and pains that have hindered their daily lives.

”I first saw Mandana working at the Esporta Health Club in early September 2009. Her work out looked fun but hard work and more importantly, Mandana and her clients had the most fantastic bodies.

I started working out with Mandana soon after that and my results were almost immediate. Her workouts combine a mixture of cardio and inner core work.

I work out twice a week with her and have since dropped a dress size but more importantly to me, have completely changed shape. I was always very heavy set on my legs, but now my legs have changed shape and slimmed down.
